Returns & Refunds Policy
At Cuddle Box, we want every gift to be received with love and joy. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, we’re happy to offer a replacement or refund. To process this, we’ll need the following:
A photo of your receipt or proof of purchase (e.g. bank transaction)
A clear photo showing the product fault
Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement to be sent or process your refund to your original payment method.
Change of Mind Returns
We do accept change of mind returns under the following conditions:
The return request must be made within 14 days of purchase
The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
Refunds for change of mind will be issued for the product price only (shipping is non-refundable)
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty)
Exclusions for Hygiene and Safety Reasons
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
Teethers
Dummy chains
Bibs
Cutlery sets
Additionally, blankets, toys, rattles, and comforters must be returned unused, with tags attached and in original packaging, within the 14-day return period.
Return Postage
Faulty/damaged items: Return shipping will be covered by Cuddle Box.
Change of mind: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
