Meet the Owner
Hi, I’m Ali Winchester—a local Traralgon mum and proud member of the Gippsland community. With a background in hospitality and healthcare, I’ve always found joy in caring for others. Becoming a mum gently led me toward creating something that brings comfort, connection, and a little extra love to others on their own journey.
The Inspiration
When our son Niko was diagnosed with severe hip dysplasia as a baby, our days quickly filled with hospital visits, scans, and time in a brace. It was a challenging start to life as a little family, but we found joy in celebrating every small milestone in his recovery, always surrounded by the love and support of family and friends.
During that time, we received so many thoughtful, comforting gifts. I remember searching for the perfect snuggle buddy to comfort Niko on his journey, and to my surprise, it wasn’t as easy as I expected.
That search for a unique, high-quality, and meaningful cuddly companion sparked the idea for Cuddle Box Gifts: a place where families could find beautiful, thoughtful gifts that bring comfort, joy, and connection when they’re needed most.
To make gifting easy for local families, we offer free local pickup and delivery within Traralgon. Whether you love to browse online or pop by our market stalls for a cuddle in person, we also provide gift boxing to make every present feel extra special.
