4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped via Australia Post.

  • Standard shipping, express shipping, and local pickup options are available (full details are outlined on our Shipping Policy page).

  • Delivery times are estimates only; we are not responsible for delays outside our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns for faulty products and change of mind within 14 days (conditions apply).

  • Teethers, dummy chains, bibs, and cutlery sets cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  • Plush toys, rattles, comforters, and blankets must be unused, with tags and original packaging intact.

  • Customers must provide proof of purchase (receipt or bank transaction record) and, in the case of faulty items, a photo of the fault.
